I received a call from a very polite consultant we had such a good conversation. A charge was made to my card and I cancelled my order within 3 hours of the call by sending an email to email@example.com which I copied from the terms and conditions noting the spelling of the email address.
I have sent the above to Service@eTeacherGroup.com too without results is this just bad service or is this a scam?
To add to the above I logged a ticket on the website too which still is has not been closed. The contact person that I spoke to attached my email to him which was nice of him, however, there is still no response.
