Bad communication on double charging textbook.

Selling Beresjiet publication to me.I am level A.This is malpractice.

Your salesmanager told me that you are part of Hebrew University.You are not.

Unnecessary sending thin textbook in a big cardboard box and overcharging postage,instead of sticking it in an envelope.

Overcharging on onlinecourse.Trying to push for cla`ss attendace by video.

I am unable to do the course as I was in hospital for 26 days.

I would like an extension of the course period,as it is still diificult for me to concentrate ,which is a result from hospital stay,bad sleeping.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
